Misled, the invasions maybe jst to distract toons away from this discovery? Or is it just to let off steam?

[Black Leopard and Miss Zany Thunderhopper teleport]

Black Leopard: Well, we were in Cashbot HQ right, so then Pepito whispered to Leopard saying that Sandy had gone sad, so then the others had ditched, so then he was left alone in Back 9. So then Loud Snuffy told us to go back to Donald's Dock, because they said there was strange activity. So Snuffy said then and there that some of the toons trying to stall had gone sad too.
Prof. Wacky Bananapretzel: Just tell us what's so urgent.
Miss Zany Thunderhopper: Well, we decided to go to the Lawbot HQ courtyard, and then we followed a cog to the DA entrance, and he flew up, so then we went and followed, and we found a vent into the offices, and so then we overheard some cogs talking, and we heard them talk about this Skelecog HQ, so then we found out that something is going on down at the Docks, so-
Captain Popcorn: So you're saying that you guys think the cogs are plannig something around the southeastern area of Toontown?
Black Leopard: Pretty much, yes.
Prof. Wacky Bananapretzel: Hate to disappoint you girls, but we already know that, because we found these papers behind the waterfall, in the lake behind Daisy Gardens.
Miss Zany Thunderhopper: Whoa! Look at all this information.
Captain Popcorn: Hold up! What happened to the others.
Black Leopard: We don't know.
Miss Zany Thunderhopper: The moderator team told us they were sending the backup team into each HQ and try and find them.
Captain Popcorn: Alright, what about the teams fighting in the streets.
Black Leopard: They ditched. They got so freaked out that they just vanished and went to their estates.
