Hello friends thanks for reading Nana is very sad this day Last year at about this time I recived a knock on the door It was a delivery Truck with a package addressed to me Ask the driver whom its from and is it supposed to be mine we confirmed yes Opened package And inside was a computer Called the company And the confirmed it also put the computer in my name (used computer) and have enjoyed the machine for the last year >About a week ago machine fan ruuning all time and machine is Hot Rang up the company to get it repaired since its still under warnety Well Be shock iget put on hold for 45mintues to droped calls to tranfered to severval workers Finally after four days of run around A worker tells me That the machine was delivered to me by accident a glich in there system And they were very rude to me accusing me of wrongly owing machine I reminded them that I brought this to there attention a year ago Well needless to say They wont fix machine They wont machine want me to pay for it more than its worth and they dont want it back THis is a real bummer I enrolled on line claases for computer engineer and now will be in Default on student loans .. Also being that im disabled in a wheel chair the internet has helped me to do things that I other wise would not be able to do Esp playing Toon town And you all bring a smile to my face daily Sadly to say I dont know When I will ever be able to Get a computer So dont know when I will be able to return to game The stress from the Computer Company caused me another Stroke and I was in hosptial again THe company Starts with A D and ends with a L beware of this company Theere coustmer service is Not great and theres alot on them cosmer reports I wish you all well and rember this NANA Does love u:sad:

Poor nana I really feel for you. I got lucky this past srping and got a good deal on a Compaq form best buy for only $300. Hope things work out for you hon and goodluck with school, if you ever get to do it now.

So Sorry my poor friend. Unfortunately big corporations have destroyed the holidays. Customer service is poor and most of the time when you call for help your calls are just forwarded and usually to different parts of the country. Then you have the problem of trying to understand what they are saying through a heavy accent. It's all about the money and unfortunately your in a no win situation. Don't give up Nana. Go fight because if you let them become a Scrooge they only will gain more power and continue to rip off others. They should be ashamed of themselves for taking advantage of you. Their error, so they should not have you punished for their mistake. Expose them to the media. They are taking advantadge of you knowing your disabled.People need know not to buy their products. Don't let this ruin your Christmas.Good Luck Nana!
