I'm so excited! The party starts tomorrow and continues through Tuesday. We will have invasions all weekend, with our beanfest, Caroling for Snowman heads and runs, too!

Monday, we'll continue the party with more invasions and another beanfest. I wonder what Guild Helpers United has in store? They've always got something fun up their sleeve!

Tuesday, we will round out our fantabulous 4 days of fun with our actual Birthday! We hope you will drop in to visit, we love seeing you guys and are so excited about being 2 years old!

Happy Birthday Everyone!

I must say the first 2 years have been a roller coaster. First at Hall and then moving here last year, we have had our ups and downs.

But, the one thing that has ALWAYS stuck by us is the concept of family. We really are a family. We stick close, take care of each other and come running when one of us is in need. Whether its the Angel Thread, our wonderful Guild Helpers United or our silly fun in Sleighing for Summons or some other silly event, we laugh, cry and stick together.

I think it says a lot that we are still the original staff we were one year ago, when we moved to this site. We don't fight, we don't let pettiness get in the way and we sick together. We are a true team, everyone pitching in, donating their time, effort and yes, even money...to make this happen for all of our members.

You guys really do mean so very much to all of us.

So, Happy Birthday!

You're so right, Wendy. I haven't been here since the opening of the site, or following the guild from Cold Callers Guild, I've just been a member of this amazing guild since April '10. When I first joined, I felt like a fish out of water, (which truely is the last thing a pisces wants to feel like...) I felt so out of the loop, because everyone seemed to be friends, and all was well. Come May, we did the CJ Training, and Trialthon. Then I started to feel like I belonged. I met some wonderful members at those events, who are some of my closest friends here at the guild. As the summer progressed, this guild felt more and more like a second home. Guild Helpers United got me more involved, and I felt like I had achieved an amazing thing in the guild, and knew this would help it greatly. August became a bad time, for me, and the guild, as we had to take desperate measures to keep the runs going. We stuck together, and my friends helped me get through that tough time. School started, all of us kids were back in the classrooms, and the holidays were around the corner. Halloween brought so much fun, as did Thanksgiving. Now with all these Christmas/Winter events, we've reached over 1,000 members on our site, and its now the guild's 2nd birthday. Everyone here really showed me, that they accepted me since the day I joined. But this guild, is truly the most amazing guild ever. I've never been a part of an amazing, heartfelt guild, and have never met so many nice people, in my life. So happy birthday, The Guild v2.0, and many more!
