I brought Donkey Hodie and three of my young friends, one of whom was to do his first CJ, to the 4pm CJ run in Gigglyham. My kids and I were told we had to be guild members to stand outside and wait. (A Toon) told us that we were not welcome to run the CJ with you. I explained that I was a member and asked if all toons were not welcome to run. We were called kids by another, and when I explained that I was a grandfather was told that I should know better. I was proud to bring these kids to CJ with this guild....but now we all just feel hurt and embarrased. Im sorry that this guild has gotten so mean and unfriendly....Ill be sure to tell all my friends...

Oh for heaven's sakes, I wish I had been out there.

The problem was some toons that showed up to our run and we stood with them for half an hour, only to find out that they were having a private run and we were not welcome to go with them.

You are definitely welcome on our run anytime.

I was confused when you came in and refused to board the elevator.

No one has to be a guild member to run with us, we accept everyone!

I'm so sorry, I wish I had been outside to witness all this taking place.

The Guild v2.0 welcomes everyone, though. I'm sure the toons were simply confused.

I often bring non guild member toons with me and they have always been welcome. I did a few runs with the guild before I joined and was always welcomed. Please come back and join us again we will take you with open arms.

I'm sorry you had a bad experience.
We have severals runs every week and sometimes some go wrong. You can't judge ourselves on one run.
We welcome everyone so sometimes mean toons come to our runs but we welcome everyone.

Mean toons and radoms creating problems are a problem of every other forum including [a few some of us have been/are members of]... Alot of people there have been complaining about meanness. But why has every other person who complains here say they are gonna ask people not to join here. Guild v2 is a growing forum and much better to me than some I have been to. Why are you guys threatening us? How do you know that these toons are not members here but randoms who are trying to spoil a guild? Yes its true.. My friend himself was asked to do this but he refused...
Im sorry your felt hurt and embarassed but yes.. There are lifeless people who have nothing better to do than go on a multiplayer game and insult and abuse people they dont know are on the other side... All we can do with these people is ignore, report and leave. :)

I am so sorry to hear about this.
I can assure you that you are all welcome to our runs, members and non members alike.

It's always a shame to hear about when our runs go wrong because a few random toons decide to cause trouble.

Please please come back & bring your friends, we would love to load with you all at any of our runs.
I would hate it if you let a few random toons put you off :terrified:

First of all there always will be a group of people that not part of the group that will be mean to others. The toons that were mean are most likely not members of the group.

For example; When I used to run with another group there was a toon that was always mean to me. I asked some of the members of that group about that toon. They all said that they were not part of the group and been ask not to come with that group.

Secondly always double check the run times. I did that and run into less problems by doing so. Often the ones that cause the problems are not part of the group.

Before jumping to conclusions you need to contact a board member,junior oardmember or the sweetheart Littlefancy the admin. They will take care of the problem.

We had hoped you were there to go with us, however do understand that other groups may accidentally meet with us in Toontown.
