Can someone tell me if there is a reason I do I not have access to a tab to enter my toon details on my profile?

I believe they are working on adding them. Until then you can add them to the official site here. (http://www.theguildv2.com/) Just click on add a toon.

When I click on the Add A Toon button on the home page it tells me I need to log in and redirects to a very bare log in page (even though I am already logged in) and then when I try to log in on that page it says that my username or password is invalid.

I understand that parts of this site are under construction but I just wanted you to let you know what I am experiencing.

Take back what I said, I was just on the site and
added two toons. It may be you need to register there.
